The Samsung Galaxy Alpha, as announced by Corning, will be the first one to feature Gorilla Glass 4.

A Gorilla Glass 4 panel measures 0.4mm which is acutually the same as the previous Gorilla Glass 3, but Corning claims that its new CG4 is twice as strong as the previous. 
        
The Galaxy Alpha is the first in the Samsung Galaxy lineup to feature a metal chassis. The phone also features a 720p, Super AMOLED screen with the Samsung's own octa-core Exynos processor. It's designed to fit perfectly and be light on your hands with the thickness of 6.7mm and weighing 115 grams. 

The Gorilla Glass 4 can survive 80 percent of drops from a height of 1m on a rough surface. Check out the drop test video yourself -
